Buses will run as normal this morning and school will continue on the regular schedule. Please monitor the web site and Facebook page for announcements concerning sporting events and other extra curricular activities.

Utopia ISD is under a Winter Weather Advisory. There is a possibility of ice accumulation overnight. We will assess the roadways beginning at 4:00 a.m. As of now, we anticipate that we will have a regular school day tomorrow. If a change to the school day is made, it will be communicated by 6:00 a.m. on our school website, Facebook, and text/voice message. If you do not receive an alert for change to the school day, this means that school will resume as normal.

In an abundance of caution to protect the safety of students, Utopia Schools will release after 7th period today- 2:40 p.m. Please make preparations to pick your student(s) up at the bus stop; call the front office if special arrangements need to be made for your student(s).

Utopia High School track athletes will NOT be attending the track meet on Thursday, February 24, 2022 in Harper due to bad weather.

The Utopia Junior High golf tournament scheduled for today, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 has been postponed due to bad weather. The tournament will be rescheduled after track season is over.

7th grade took advantage of the warm weather before the big chill to go on a scavenger hunt while learning about scale and proportion.

The Utopia ISD gym will be open Sunday, February 6th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for all students.

The varsity basketball games scheduled to be played Friday, February 4, 2022 have been rescheduled to be played on Monday, February 7, 2022. Varsity girls will begin at 4:00 PM. The varsity boys game will begin immediately following the varsity girls. There will not be a JV boys game.
